1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "Member", "User") and Morfintoto ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the morfintoto website located at https://morfintoto.cam and all associated services, applications, and content made available through the Platform.

Morfintoto operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving the Malaysian market. 2Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Member on the Platform to access gaming services.
• "Member" / "Player" means any individual who has successfully registered and maintains an active Account on the Platform.

• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Member's Account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be played through before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Morfintoto prior to the approval of any withdrawal request.
• "MYR / RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the functional currency of all Accounts on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction mechanism allowing a Member to suspend or permanently close their Account for responsible gambling purposes.

3Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Membership on the Morfintoto platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Any Member found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration, or who has misrepresented their age, will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation, all funds forfeited where legally permissible, and the matter referred to appropriate authorities where required.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You may only register and maintain an Account if you are not resident in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or requires a local licence not held by the Company. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering. Morfintoto shall not be liable for any breach of local laws by Members who access the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions.

3.3 Capacity

By registering, you represent and warrant that you: (a) are of legal age as specified in clause 3.1; (b) have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) are not acting on behalf of another person; (d) are not a registered problem gambler or subject to any self-exclusion order that would prohibit your participation; and (e) are not a current employee, director, agent, or close relative thereof, of Morfintoto or any of its software providers.

4Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each Member is permitted to maintain one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Morfintoto reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all duplicate Accounts and to void any associated winnings.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Morfintoto is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify Morfintoto support immediately at [email protected].

5Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided solely for the personal entertainment and recreation of eligible Members. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform's services, software, games, or data — including but not limited to scraping, data harvesting, or resale — is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Morfintoto.

5.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, system error, incomplete transaction, or connectivity failure during game play, Morfintoto reserves the right to void any wager or game round affected by such technical errors. Morfintoto shall endeavour to notify affected Members and restore their Account to the pre-error state where possible. Morfintoto shall not be liable for any losses arising from events outside its reasonable control.

5.3 Game Rules

Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the respective game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict, except where specific game rules explicitly and unambiguously provide otherwise.

6Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Morfintoto accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX Online Banking, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and Bank Islam. Cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT are also accepted. Credit and debit card deposits may be available subject to prevailing bank policies.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. Morfintoto processes all deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no currency conversion charges applied to MYR-denominated transactions.

6.3 Deposit Integrity

All funds deposited must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from accounts belonging to family members or associates — are prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation. Morfintoto reserves the right to request evidence of ownership for any payment instrument used to fund an Account.

6.4 Responsible Deposit Limits

Members may set personal daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Account settings dashboard at any time. Once set, reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

7Withdrawals

7.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. No maximum is specified for standard withdrawals, though higher amounts may be subject to additional KYC review and processing time.

7.2 KYC Verification Requirement

All Members must complete full KYC verification before their first withdrawal request will be processed. KYC documentation typically includes: (a) a clear photograph of your MyKad (front and back) or equivalent government-issued identity document; and (b) a selfie holding the identity document. KYC review is conducted between 9:00am and 11:00pm MYT daily. Accounts with incomplete KYC will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

7.3 Processing Timelines

Morfintoto targets the following payout timelines upon approval of a withdrawal request:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes from approval.
• DuitNow / FPX transfers: Typically 5–15 minutes from approval.
• Direct bank wire: Typically 15–60 minutes from approval.

These timelines are indicative targets and may be affected by bank maintenance windows, public holidays, or account-specific compliance reviews. Morfintoto does not guarantee exact processing times but will communicate delays proactively where possible.

7.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Withdrawals of funds derived from Bonus credits are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement having been fully met. Withdrawal requests submitted where outstanding Wagering Requirements remain may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and the crediting of only the real-money portion of the balance.

8Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Morfintoto are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to verified Members only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Member, household, device, or IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Morfintoto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before any portion may be withdrawn.
• Morfintoto reserves the right to void winnings generated through fraudulent, colluding, or otherwise improper use of promotional offers.

8.2 Wagering Contribution Rates

Not all game types contribute equally towards the fulfilment of Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake; live casino table games and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms. Members are advised to review specific contribution rates before selecting games to fulfil bonus wagering obligations.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Morfintoto platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:

• Providing false identity, age, or residency information during registration or KYC.
• Operating more than one Account per individual (multi-accounting).
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, money laundering, or any unlawful source.
• Colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers, game outcomes, or platform systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of sports match-fixing or insider betting activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening Morfintoto staff or other Members.
• Any activity that constitutes fraud, misrepresentation, or a breach of applicable law.

10Responsible Gambling

Morfintoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of its Platform. The Company acknowledges that gambling can cause harm when not approached responsibly, and maintains a suite of player protection tools accessible to all Members.

Members may activate the following controls at any time via their Account dashboard or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify Members of cumulative session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of Account access ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or extended suspension of Account access for Members who wish to cease gambling activity entirely.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the Morfintoto platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of Morfintoto or its licensed third-party suppliers. No part of the Platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, publicly displayed, modified, or adapted without the prior written authorisation of Morfintoto.

Members are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as contemplated by these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any ownership interest.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Morfintoto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or network disruptions beyond Morfintoto's reasonable control.
• Any loss of winnings arising from software errors, provided the error is reported promptly and investigated in good faith.
• Decisions made by the Member in the course of gambling activity.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, Morfintoto's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in that jurisdiction.

13Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by Member

A Member may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting Morfintoto support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC and Wagering Requirements.

13.2 Termination by Morfintoto

Morfintoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) Morfintoto has reason to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; (c) the Account is required to be closed pursuant to applicable law, regulation, or an order from a competent authority; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Members.

14Amendments

Morfintoto reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via the email address registered to the Account or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes the Member's acceptance of the updated Agreement. 15Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them, or the subject matter hereof, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties through direct negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitral institution. Nothing in this clause shall limit Morfintoto's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
